Senior R&D Engineer
As the first employee at ArgusEye, I’ve had the unique opportunity to be part of the company’s journey from the very beginning to where we are today. Our fast-paced R&D environment constantly pushes me to explore smart, practical solutions. What motivates me most is working in diverse projects and seeing our technology make a real-world impact, supporting our partners and customers with solutions that align with their development strategies and needs.

Software Developer
Working as a software developer in a scale-up environment means much more than just writing good code, it’s about contributing to a broader mission where software, hardware, and safety intersect.
While my core role involves developing and launching applications, I also ensure that our systems uphold strict industry safety standards, both in how the code is written and how the applications behave in critical customer environments. What makes this job especially engaging is the variety. One day I might be working close to the hardware level, interacting with PCBs and embedded systems, and the next, supporting colleagues with diverse IT needs across the organization. The variety of challenges and the freedom to explore different areas make the work incredibly fun and rewarding.
Communications Officer & Community Manager
Working at a scale-up is very exciting and rewarding. There’s a lot of responsibility, but also freedom in how you approach your work, which is something I truly value. The variety of tasks means no days are the same, and the fast-paced environment keeps things dynamic and engaging
I also love being part of a diverse, close-knit team where everyone brings something unique to the table.
