Our automation system is designed to simplify and increase robustness of LSPR measurements performed with AugaOne™. With a simple to use hardware and a dedicated software, the system automates the full LSPR assay cycle, from liquid handling to data processing, ensuring consistent assay conditions with minimal manual intervention and high-throughput capabilities. 

The system can be easily adapted to your workflow, being able to perform single or multi-cycle runs with the sample being either injected manually or automatically collected from your bioprocess line. 

Our dedicated software includes real-time data processing, automatically calculating the relative binding responses from the LSPR signals. Provided that a calibration curve was built with the system, the software converts in real-time the relative binding responses into concentrations, eliminating the need for external data processing.
