Do you want to be part of a growing company of 15 that’s shaping new possibilities in the field? Come join us at ArgusEye and be part of our journey!

About the Role:

You’ll play a central role in ensuring that ArgusEye operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis, while continuing to strengthen our strong and collaborative culture. As our Office Manager, you’ll work across administration, HR, financial support, and office management, a role where your structure, initiative, and ability to take responsibility will directly support how we grow and scale.

A key part of your role will be to establish, develop, and manage internal administrative processes, ensuring that the organization runs efficiently and scales in a structured way.

You’ll support both the team and leadership in creating a strong well-functioning, and inspiring work environment and culture. This means taking responsibility for strengthening our culture, internal processes, improving ways of working, and making sure that both people and operations run smoothly as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish, develop, and manage internal administrative processes.

  • Ensure a well-functioning office environment, including responsibility for facilities, supplier coordination, and dialogue with external partners such as landlords, cleaning services, and other providers.

  • Handle day-to-day operations, including financial administration such as invoicing, expenses, and coordination with external partners

  • Reporting to funding bodies and other stakeholders.

  • Support and develop HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, policies, and employee experience.

  • Drive work environment initiatives and support compliance and internal routines.

  • Collaborate with the management team to strengthen ArgusEye’s culture and core values.

  • Plan and organize team activities, events, and initiatives that build engagement and team spirit.

  • Ensure a well-functioning, inspiring office environment including facilities and infrastructure.

  • Actively contribute to employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.

We’re looking for someone who...

… is passionate about people, culture, and creating structure in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working broadly across operations and take pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes, always with a structured and detail-oriented approach. You’re proactive, service-minded, and comfortable taking responsibility for a wide range of tasks. You know when to bring structure and when to stay flexible, and you have a natural ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment. You understand that culture isn’t just about team activities, it’s the foundation that enables brilliant minds to do their best work.

About you:

  • A relevant degree in business administration, HR, or similar (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, combining administration, HR, and office management.

  • Experience with basic finance administration and coordination with external partners.

  • Experience supporting HR processes (onboarding, policies, employments etc.).

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.

  • Experience in project coordination or process development is a plus.

Why join us?

  • Be part of a supportive, dynamic team where your contributions are valued.

  • Grow your career in an innovative, fast-paced industry.

  • Work at a company with cutting-edge technology and potential to create real world impact

  • Enjoy the freedom to take ownership of your work, supported by a flexible and relaxed environment that values responsibility.

  • Experience a family-like atmosphere filled with collaboration, curiosity, and team activities like music quizzes, bowling and Friday fika.
