ArgusEye Protein G sensor chip enables sensitive and selective analysis of a broad range of IgG antibodies. Its strong affinity towards a wider range of IgG subclasses compared to Protein A makes it more versatile for different antibody types and sources.
Constructed on medical-grade stainless substrates with gold nanoparticles, (AuNPs), the chip is pre-immobilized with recombinant Protein G, with a passivated gold surface to prevent nonspecific binding.
The sensor chip exhibits strong and specific binding to a broad range of IgG subclasses, for example, all human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4. Sensor Chip Protein G is a good choice for IgG detection and quantification of human samples.
